Our modern production hall with automatic material feed
We pride ourselves on in-house production capabilities that ensure the highest precision in tool manufacturing.
Our expertise includes creating injection moulding tools
- – up to 1,600 x 1,200 mm in size
- – weighing up to 6 tons.
We excel in prototyping, providing both prototype tools and parts to meet our clients’ developmental needs.
Our state-of-the-art machining processes utilise 3 and 5 axis milling for intricate designs, complemented by a 100-ton touch press to handle diverse production requirements.
Our facility includes 29 MODERN INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES with:
- – clamping force of 35 -800 tons
- – processing parts from 2.5 g to 2500 g.
Most of the machines are equipped with CARTESIAN , SCARA or 6-AXIS COLLABORATIVE ROBOTS to minimise errors and speed up the line. We process more than 120 different polymers annually. Our advanced multi-component technology operates at forces up to 2,200 kN, further showcasing our commitment to delivering versatile and high-quality solutions.
We practise low-pressure CO2 injection-foaming processes, either for weight reduction or reduced warpage. We also have a CLEAN ROOM for the assembly and packaging of special products.
