Our team provides access to cutting-edge know-how and advisory services, the development of innovative tooling and manufacturing concepts using state-of-the-art 3D CAD workstations for complex tool designs. We are specialised in developing fully automated manufacturing-solutions for hybrid-, multi-component parts, their assemblies, inline quality testing and packaging.

For efficient data transfer and communication, we support all common interfaces for 2D/3D data and video conferencing, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the development process.

Inhouse Toolmaking

Our tool making services are backed by decades of experience from our highly qualified team and a state-of-the-art machine park. This solid foundation allows us to develop and produce high-quality injection moulds tailored to meet our clients’ exact specifications.

We commence the meticulous manufacturing of individual tool components with utmost precision using advanced processing machines. Each component undergoes rigorous quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Our skilled technicians then meticulously assemble and fine-tune these components through delicate manual work, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of the moulds.

For our production processes, we rely exclusively on machine tools from renowned manufacturers such as Hermle, DMG, Mitsubishi, and Reiss. This commitment to quality extends to purchased parts, hot runner systems, and standard components, sourced only from longstanding partners who meet our stringent quality standards.

Moreover, we specialise in manufacturing large tools weighing up to 6 tons, further showcasing our capability to handle complex and demanding projects with precision and efficiency.

Material Solutions

We are a Material Solution Provider as we consider this is a pivotal part of every new project. It begins with the definition of technical specifications, impacting both mould design and injection processes. With expertise in over 80 different raw materials, we identify the optimal compound by modulating the polymer, reinforcements, fillers, additives or hybrid materials. This comprehensive approach considers both performance, costs and regulatory aspects to define the necessary and sufficient product for the application.
 
Our deep understanding of national producers and distributors is crucial in this phase. We ensure that, once the specifications are set, we can identify who offers the best price and service.

Metal Replacement

We specialise in replacing metals with plastics, offering products designed with fewer components and streamlined production processes while maintaining required performance. This approach enables significant weight reduction and lower environmental impact through structural lightweighting and Eco-design practices. It also reduces costs, lead times, and time to market by minimising processes and approvals. This flexibility allows for intricate designs and improved performance characteristics, making plastics a versatile and efficient alternative to traditional metals.

Automated Workstations

From design optimisation to packaging we can design a fully automated production and assembly line dedicated to your products, run by robots 24/7, with integrated quality checks and continuous parameter testing. From near-contour sprue separation to fully automated production, our processes ensure high efficiency and reliability, supported by the latest control and handling technology. Completely automated assembly in line with the production in order to reduce cycle time. Integrated conveyors for packing into load carriers at clients request. 

Assembly

Leveraging our extensive experience and highly automated production facilities, we offer custom retrofitting of our wide range of modular inhouse tools and machines to meet your specific assembly needs. Our in-house capabilities cover the design of dedicated automation solutions.

Our capabilities include near-contour sprue separation, surface treatment using plasma torches, 100% quality control, and fully automated assembly. Each process is automated with high process reliability, guaranteeing a highly efficient manufacturing process with extremely low scrap rates.
