Welding
Welding is a crucial process in our manufacturing operations, offering a fast and efficient method for creating strong, clean, and airtight bonds between plastic components. This technique is highly versatile, suitable for joining both large and intricate parts, as well as complex and curved surfaces. It ensures the integrity of the materials, delivering consistent and durable results that are resistant to torsion and traction.
Our welding process is particularly advantageous for applications that require high-quality bonds, such as embedding metal inserts into plastic parts with precision. By generating heat through controlled motion, we achieve secure and reliable bonds across a wide range of shapes and sizes.
Laser Marking
Laser marking offers a permanent, high-quality solution for adding logos, codes, and other marks to products, even on challenging geometries. This non-contact process ensures the material remains free from pressure and stress, resulting in uniform, durable markings. Gluing
