The quality of the manufactured plastic injection moulds determines many years of efficiency and quality. Thus, it is crucial for our ultimate goal: customer satisfaction.

Many years of experience of our qualified employees and a modern machine park form the solid basis for the development and production of high-quality injection moulds. After design approval, we manufacture the individual tool components with the highest precision on our processing machines. Subsequently, the individual components are assembled and tuned by our qualified employees in delicate manual work.

For the production of individual parts, we use only machine tools from renowned manufacturers, including Hermle, DMG, Mitsubishi and Reiss. For purchased parts, hot runner systems and standard parts, we also only use products from manufacturers with whom we have been working successfully for many years and who optimally meet our qualitative requirements in terms of mould production.
