Foam Injection moulding

In order to reduce raw materials consumption, we have established a range of injection foam technologies focused on lightweight solutions. Technologies are based on both physical and chemical blowing agents. It often permits to reduce necessary clamping force on the tools and consequently it reduces the energy consumption to do so. Reducing also the level of stress on the moulded parts, such technologies participate to reduce warpage and to enhance dimensional stability.
