Happy breath respirators – Certified, sustainable, odorless

The Happy breath brand particle filtering half mask provides safe protection against aerosols, dusts and non-volatile liquid particles. The ergonomic fit combined with the reusable carrier provides good wearing comfort. Due to the combination of materials (carrier system and replaceable filter element), this patent-pending mask concept conserves resources and has good recycling properties (separation of metal, plastic and rubber band). Pleasant skin contact surface due to a soft and cuddly plastic seal. The integrated nosepiece is moldable and adjustable in position to ensure an individual nose fit.

The strap is latex-free and comfortable to wear due to the width of 7 mm. The mask can be comfortably put on and taken off due to the adjustable strap system and can be individually adapted to different head shapes.

The innovative filter design ensures very high filter performance with low breathing resistance. The material is odorless (fibers according to Öko Tex Standard 100).

Highest quality and low breathing resistance characterize our filter elements. Our filter elements are odorless, Öko Tex Standard 100. The filter element should always be changed after a work shift.

Happy breath carrier – 30x reusable

Especially for physical activities, for example at work, the Happy breath respirator offers special advantages: The breathing resistance is very low (inhalation resistance 30 l/min./0.7 mbar (FFP2)) Particularly suitable for occupational groups that are active, for example, in the field of firefighting, rescue services, police, federal armed forces as well as in nursing.

The plastic carrier is made of a skin-compatible PP with a latex-free head band (7 mm wide). The nose clip is integrated into the carrier system and can be easily shaped so that the mask fits perfectly. The easy-to-use headband means there is no pressure behind the ears when worn. By means of a quick-release fastener, the carrier system can be quickly put on and taken off. The individual components can be disassembled and separated for recycling purposes.
