We specialize in developing, calculating, and designing functional injection-moulded components, optimizing materials and processes for cost-effective production. Our services include project specifications, precision tool development, and full automation of the material flow. Utilizing advanced CAD, FEM, and simulation tools, we ensure efficient and high-performance production tailored to your specifications and industry standards.
Scope of services
- We develop, calculate and design functional and injection-moulded components from your product idea. We help with the selection of materials and the appropriate injection moulding process.
- We support you in optimising your components so that they can be manufactured in a time and cost-optimised manner.
- We create project-related specifications. Always in compliance with your specifications and the applicable factory standards.
- We develop and design plastic injection moulding tools optimised for your application with the highest precision, short set-up times and maximum performance in close cooperation with our own injection moulding production.
- We design and automate the entire material flow of the process chain: From inserting threaded inserts into the injection moulding tool, for example, to robot removal of the components, automated assembly, inline quality inspection, laser marking and packaging.
